Dilecom – Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how to return an item, when you're eligible for a refund, and how we handle exchanges.
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at heydilecom@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- Delivery address
- Reason for return
- (If applicable) Photo or video proof of damage/issue
Once your return is approved, we will provide:
- The return address
- A return authorization code
- Instructions for sending the item back
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference:
→ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
→ Dilecom covers all return shipping costs and will provide a replacement or full refund.
All return shipments must be sent with a trackable shipping method. We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit without tracking proof.

Dilecom is operated by Little River Limited, a Hong Kong–registered company. Returns are processed at our European warehouse in the Netherlands.
Return Scope
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Estimated refund processing time: 7 calendar days.
If more than 7 calendar days have passed and you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary).

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days.
For size, colour, or item preference changes:
→ Customer pays both return and reshipping costs.
For defective or incorrect items:
→ Dilecom covers all shipping fees.
To request an exchange, contact heydilecom@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the desired replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Undergarments, lingerie, or swimwear (unless unopened and unused)
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Gift cards
- Items purchased using store credit
- Customized or personalized items
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
We will review the case and offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, if your order has already shipped, you may still return it within 30 days under our return policy.
Unclaimed Parcels and Restocking Fees
If a parcel is unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.

Refunds will only be issued after the item is safely returned to our warehouse.
